Mitchell Gallagher Attorneys Gary Weber, Bret Southard, Sean Roman and Rebecca Penn were recently recognized by the Lycoming Law Association for their 2008 participation in the Lycoming County Pro Bono Referral Program. Each received the 2008 Fair Share Award for accepting one or more cases referred by North Penn Legal Services.
Each year at its annual banquet, the Association recognizes those of its membership who have volunteered to provide legal services to the poor. Mitchell Gallagher attorneys participate in the Protection From Abuse Panel and also accept general litigation referrals from Legal Services.
All Mitchell Gallagher attorneys accept pro-bono cases from Legal Services when they are available. The firm strives for 100% participation in the Association's program, recognizing its obligation to provide legal services to those who find themselves in need counsel, and without the resources to pay.
