Mitchell Gallagher Attorney Gary Weber was recognized at the 2009 Lycoming Law Association annual banquet for his implementation of the Association's Website.  The award, which came unannounced, was identified on the program only as "Recognition of a Special Member who has gone 'Above & Beyond.'"

Mr. Weber was presented with a plaque which said: "In Recognition and Appreciation of Gary L. Weber For your many years of devoted service to the Lycoming Law Association, its Executive Committee, and particularly for your ongoing dedication to the development and maintenance of the LLA Website. Your commitment is unequaled!" The award came with a generous (and much appreciated) case of wine.  Gary related that the recognition (and the wine) will serve as an inducement to continue with the late nights of Web work.

The LLA Website (www.Lycolaw.org) was initiated in 2000 with an attorney directory, some local court opinions and a listing of the local rules. By 2008, the site contained more than 2400 court opinions, and over 1000 pages of material including

attorney biographies, articles, historical documents, local rules, notices and announcements, practice information and other material to assist attorneys with the practice of law in Lycoming County.
