Gary Weber defended a driver involved in a rear ending type automobile accident in a trial that took place in November 2003. The jury returned a verdict of $400 in the Lycoming County civil suit, involving a claim of upper, middle and low back pain and disability. Negligence was admitted, and the only issue was the extent and duration of claimed injuries. Post trial motions questioning the adequacy of the verdict were denied. No appeal was taken.
